Everything at Galena Bakehouse is homemade daily from scratch. We are a grab & go bakery. We sellout daily to avoid wasting food.
As a convenience to our locals & regulars, we offer our standard menu items available for pre-order 48 hours in advance. Our weekly online orders close on THURSDAYS at 12 noon. Please email us if you have a large order request.
