Savor our baked empanadas, available in breakfast and lunch flavors. Our croissant pastries are hand laminated in house using the finest European butter and chocolate. Try one of our gluten free options such as muffins, cheesy biscuits, or our homemade macarons. Round out your visit with a cup of our locally roasted coffee or espresso or a bottle of champagne. Whether looking for a quick snack, an Insta-worthy picnic lunch, or decadent dessert, there is something for everyone at Galena Bakehouse. Eat like a local!
Geoff & Alex Arroyo-Karnish moved to Galena from Manhattan in 2019 to manage the historic Inn at Felt Manor. In returning to their midwestern roots they quickly fell in love with the picturesque charm of Main Street. Galena Bakehouse was created out of a dream to provide quality homemade food to everyone in Galena in a quick and convenient setting. By popular demand, the previous innkeepers, Chef Geoff and Sous-Chef Alex are thrilled to curate treats and picnics for all!
